Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Beamly and go to Profile → Account.
2. Tap Delete account, then enter your password to confirm.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.

What happens

• You're signed out everywhere.
• We erase your personal details straight away: your email address, username, password, sign-ins, devices, notification tokens, settings, points, scan history and the record our misuse checks keep.
• The prices and products you added stay for other shoppers, shown as "A Beamly shopper".
• Your lists and trips are kept without your name, hidden from everyone. You leave the lists you joined, and shared lists you own are deleted for their members.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email admin@beamly.my from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm, then delete it within 21 days.
