Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hazitech Enterprise, which runs Beamly. By using the Beamly app or this website, you agree to them.

1. Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at admin@beamly.my if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 to use Beamly.

2. What you contribute

When you add a price, product, store or photo, you confirm that it’s accurate as far as you know and that you have the right to share it. You give Beamly a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, show, adapt and share it as part of Beamly, including after you delete your account (without your name). We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

3. Prices can be wrong

Prices in Beamly come from shoppers and may be wrong or out of date. Check the price at the store before you rely on it. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but we don’t guarantee them.

4. Fair use

Don’t add fake prices, spam or offensive content, don’t harass other people, don’t copy Beamly’s data with bots or scrapers, and don’t try to break or overload the service.

5. Premium

When Premium is offered, Apple or Google bills it, and their payment and refund rules apply. You manage or cancel it in your phone’s store settings; deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. Premium days you earn with points follow the rules shown in the app.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. The service

Beamly is available in Malaysia. We may change, add or remove features. We provide Beamly as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions made using prices in Beamly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute.
